No Unlocking modem doesnt means free internet! Its for removing the lock that your service provider put on the modem. (if you are in india BSNL,Airtel etc.) So if your modem is locked for airtel network you unlock the modem and use it with BSNL network thats it! ?

For reseting the device which may enable the voice call function.Now, when I ran these two commands using dc unlocker, I received ok message after running each command. But even then the voice call function is disabled only, with a major loss in my datacard, E176. When I click on unlock it just hangs and does nothing. DO I need something extra installed like .NET framework or something? I am running win7 starter
Hi Ruchira,I have a Huawei Mobile Connect HSPA Rotate USB Stick, Model E180. I was able to generate the Unlock Code. Downloaded the unlock utility and ran the tool under Windows 7. When I plug in the USB stick windows detects the device, autorun dialog pops to install the provider software and windows tries to open the SD card, lights flash, but the utility does not detect the port or device. Please Help me on detecting the port and thank you in advance.
